Contacting us for the first time?
Aged under 26 and thinking about making use of our youth groups or other services? Not sure what to say? Don't Worry. We understand that you may be feeling nervous or anxious when you contact us the first time.

Well, if you telephone/email about coming along to the groups, for instance, you could say something like: "Hello - I'm thinking about coming along to one of your youth groups, can I have some more information please?"

Or you might say "Hi, I was thinking about arranging a confidential one-to-one with a member of staff and would like some more information" ...and we'll take it from there. (I'm making this far too easy for you!..)

When you contact us we'll usually ask you for your first name, your age and ask what part of London you are living in. We'll tell you a bit about our groups; its members; the type of things we get up to, and we'll give you directions to where we meet. We are also happy to answer any other questions you might have about the group and its activities.  If after calling us you don't think the groups are for you, that's fine too.

If you've never been to a youth group exclusively for young lesbians, gay men and bisexuals before, and you would like to meet with a member of staff before coming along for the first time, just let us know when you call and we can arrange it. On the other hand, you may just want to call up or email for full details, find out where we meet and turn up. It's entirely up to you.

We'll take it at your PACE...
